  • Can Administrator User set passwords for other users?

    Yes, Administrators have the accessibility to set passwords of any user. The process is very helpful when users can’t set their passwords by themselves.

    Here is the process of changing the password:

    1. First and foremost, the admin needs to click on the My Account option.
    2. Right under the Personal Information section, the Change Password section will be there.
    3. Enter the desired password in the columns accordingly and click on the Reset option.
  • How to distribute leads in the CRM?

    Lead distribution can be done in the CRM through three different ways:

    • Bulk refer
    • Click on the All Leads option.
    • Tick mark the Select All option.
    • Click on the share option (the bulk refer section will pop up).
    • Choose “New Leads” in the drop-down menu under the Stage or any other relevant option.
    • Single refer
    • On the bottom side of any lead, there will be an option with three vertical dots - click over there.
    • Click on the “Refer” option.
    • Select the desired option accordingly and click on the dedicated “Refer” option.
    • Bulk import
    • Click on “All Leads” and go to the “Import Leads” option.
    • Import the file with leads by clicking on the “Choose File” option. (Click on “Download Sample” for the file reference.
    • Complete the process by clicking on the “Add” button.

    1. Click on the “Forgot Password” option showing on the Login Screen.
    2. Enter the dedicated CRM email address to reset the password.
    3. Check the mail containing the reset link.
    4. Click on the reset button and set the new desired password accordingly.
  • How to Add WhatsApp Template in CRM?
    1. Click on the “General” option.
    2. Then, click on the “Templates” option
    3. Select the “WhatsApp” option from there.
    4. Click on the “+” button and fill in the required details.
    5. In the end, get done with the process by clicking the “Add” button.
  • How to send WhatsApp messages using the Automation Feature of Edutra?
    1. Click on the “All Leads” option and then on the messaging icon available at the bottom of the leads.
    2. Select the desired template from the drop-down menu.
    3. Click on the “Send” button and scan the code.
  • How to upload leads?
    1. Click on the “All Leads” option and then on the upload icon showcasing on the upper right section.
    2. Download the CSV file and update the mandatory field with user Employee ID.
    3. Click on “Choose File” to upload and then on “Add” to upload the file.
    4. You will get lead upload confirmation by mail.
  • How to control lead export and lead delete permissions for users?
    1. Click on the “General” option.
    2. Now, click on the “Roles” option to see the Role list.
    3. Select the role and click on the edit icon to edit roles and permissions.
    4. Click on the “+” icon to add a new role.
    5. Give permissions by clicking on the check box available below.
  • If I delete a User, will the leads associated with the User get deleted?

    Before deleting a user, you will have to transfer the leads to another user or delete all associated leads first. After that, you can conveniently delete a user without worrying about associated leads.
